1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Agency87 website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services. These terms apply to all visitors, candidates, and employer clients.

2. Services Provided

Agency87 provides international manpower recruitment and deployment services, including:

• Candidate sourcing, screening, and placement for employers
• Career opportunity matching for candidates seeking international employment
• Visa and documentation support services
• Workforce consulting for businesses across Europe and the Middle East

3. Employer Obligations

Employers using our services agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information about roles, conditions, and remuneration
• Comply with all applicable employment laws in the country of employment
• Treat all placed workers fairly and in accordance with agreed contractual terms
• Notify Agency87 promptly of any changes to employment terms or early terminations
• Not engage directly with candidates introduced by Agency87 for a period of 12 months without our written consent

4. Candidate Obligations

Candidates using our services agree to:

• Provide truthful and accurate information in all applications and documents
• Not misrepresent qualifications, experience, or eligibility to work
• Inform Agency87 of any changes to their availability or circumstances
• Comply with visa and immigration conditions of the destination country

Agency87 does not charge placement fees to candidates. Any third party claiming to charge fees on our behalf should be reported to us immediately.

5. Fees and Payment

Agency87 charges service fees to employer clients as agreed in separate service agreements. All fees are invoiced in accordance with agreed payment terms. Fees are non-refundable once a candidate has commenced employment, unless otherwise stated in the service agreement.

6. Limitation of Liability

Agency87 acts as an intermediary and is not a direct employer of placed candidates. We are not liable for the conduct, performance, or decisions of employers or candidates after placement. Our liability in any event shall not exceed the fees paid by the relevant client in the 3 months preceding the claim.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Agency87 and may not be reproduced or distributed without prior written permission.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Bosnia and Herzegovina. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Brcko District, Bosnia and Herzegovina.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services following notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We will notify registered users of material changes by email.
